Your satisfaction comes first. If something doesn't turn out as expected, here are your rights and the process, with no fine print.
Change of mind — 30 days
If a product isn't quite right for you, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it. This store policy extends your legal 14-day right of withdrawal. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all its accessories. In this case, return shipping is at your expense.
If it arrives defective, damaged or incorrect
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and the packaging. We'll fix it at no cost to you — replacement or full refund — and in most cases without you having to return the item. The sooner you tell us, the faster we can resolve it.
Legal warranty — 3 years
If a product stops working due to a manufacturing defect within 3 years of purchase, you're covered by the legal warranty under Spanish law. Write to us with your order number and a brief description of the problem (with photos or video if possible) and we'll take care of it: repair, replacement or refund as applicable. The warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not include normal wear and tear or damage from misuse or accidents.
How to start a return or report an issue
- Write to us at soporte@blackmile.es with your order number and the reason (plus photos/video if it's a defect or damage).
- We'll confirm the steps and, if applicable, the return address within 48 working hours.
- If the product needs to be returned, ship it within 14 days of notifying us of your decision.
Return shipping costs
We cover them if the mistake is ours, the product is defective or it arrived damaged. If it's a change of mind, return shipping is at your expense.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and checked (or the issue confirmed), we process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
