Delivery areas
We ship to Spain and the entire European Union. For now we don't ship outside the EU; we're working on adding more destinations. Don't see your country at checkout? Write to us and we'll let you know as soon as we can deliver to you.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow its status at any time.
Any issues?
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, write to us at soporte@blackmile.es and we'll sort it out within 48 working hours.
Delivery times are estimates. During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales) they may be slightly longer.
