These terms govern purchases made in the BlackMile online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
General information
BlackMile is owned by Pol Ximenes Ametller, with registered address at Rocar d'en Serra, Argentona (Barcelona). By placing an order you accept these terms, in the version in force at the time of purchase.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices and the catalogue; the price in force at the time of purchase will apply.
Purchase process and payment
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and the contract is concluded. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout; payment is processed through a secure gateway with SSL encryption.
Shipping and delivery times
Spain: €6.99, with free shipping on orders of €40 or more. European Union: €11.99. We currently only ship to Spain and the European Union. Total estimated time (processing + transit): between 8 and 18 working days. Full details on our Shipping page.
Withdrawal and warranty
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw without justification, which we extend to 30 days as a store policy (see Returns). Products are covered by the 3-year legal warranty provided for in Spanish Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, for purchases made from 1 January 2022 onwards.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can turn to the Consumer Arbitration Boards and to accredited alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies. For cross-border disputes within the EU, you can contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased to operate on 20 July 2025.
