What data we process
The data you provide when purchasing or contacting us: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and payment details (handled by the payment gateway; we do not store your full card details). We also process browsing data through cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
- Managing and shipping your orders (performance of the contract).
- Handling enquiries and after-sales service (legitimate interest).
- Sending you marketing communications, if you give us your consent.
- Complying with our legal and tax obligations.
Recipients and international transfers
To deliver your order we share the necessary data with the store platform (Shopify), the payment gateway and the logistics and order-fulfilment providers, which may be located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in China). These transfers are carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to soporte@blackmile.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
